Imperial Sin was found in 2008 by guitarist Karol Lerch. In 2011, band recorded first demo called "Empty Faces" at No Fear Records. In 2017, band started to work in Rob-sonic Records on it's first full album called "Ritual Murder". In 2021 new chapter began. New vocals (Sibila Extreme Vocals) and new material started recording "Reality Denied", which is a second album and it's out now. ... more

An eclectic but incredibly well-integrated blend of traditional death metal, melodeath, black metal, progressive, and even a bit of folk (with the added bonus of audible and tasty bass guitar). The album has a consistent, pulverizing momentum punctuated by the rare acoustic passage or catchy chorus/refrain. Overall an unbelievably mature first offering from an up-and-coming band to watch.

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too.
